THE GROUP
RT&L was founded in Genoa in 2023 and quickly grew into a significant player
in the General Cargo and Project Cargo logistics sector.
In 2025, following the acquisition of P&A, a long-established Customs Brokerage Agency operating
in the Port of Genoa, the Port of Prà, and the Rivalta Scrivia Inland Terminal, the RT&L Group was established.
In December 2025, RT&L was listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana.
In 2026, with the establishment of Olitrans S.r.l., the Group expanded into road transportation,
further strengthening its position through a comprehensive 360 degree logistics service offering.
